The craft
Johns Island lots are bigger and wilder — oaks, ferns, marsh and dogs that roam. We use turf where you live and play, and let native planting carry the rest.
We build every lawn from the ground up: excavation, a compacted crushed-stone base graded to drain, and premium turf seamed and infilled by hand. It stays green through August and February alike — no mowing, watering or fertilizer.
