The Flowertown in the Pines has big family yards, busy amenity lawns and plenty of pine straw. We build turf that drains, stays green and stands up to neighborhood events.
We build every lawn from the ground up: excavation, a compacted crushed-stone base graded to drain, and premium turf seamed and infilled by hand. It stays green through August and February alike — no mowing, watering or fertilizer.
