Hot concrete, puddling and grass that browned from pool splash.

Cool-touch turf with fast drainage, framed by travertine and wind-tolerant palmettos.
03 — The Build
Regraded the deck surround, added perimeter drains, laid cooling infill turf and planted the marsh edge.
