We build every lawn base-first so it lasts. If something we installed isn’t right, we come back and make it right.
Our 5-year installation warranty covers problems caused by how we installed your turf — for example seams separating or edges lifting under normal use. The written terms you receive with your project spell out exactly what is included.
Qualifying turf products carry a manufacturer warranty against UV degradation, such as excessive fading or fiber breakdown from sun exposure. Coverage length and terms depend on the product you choose.
Warranties generally do not cover damage from misuse, fire or embers, vehicles, sharp objects, chemicals, pets digging through unsecured areas, or acts of nature. Your written terms list the exclusions.
