Playground & play-yard turf for families.
“Soft landings. Zero mud.”
The craft
Play yards with padded fall zones under playsets and swings.
Kids need a surface that is soft, clean and ready after a rainstorm. We build play yards with a shock pad under playsets and swings — matched to your equipment’s fall height — a softer pile, low-dust cooling infill and secure edges, so the whole yard is usable year-round.

Good questions.
Yes. Quality turf is non-toxic and soft, and we can add a shock pad under play areas and playsets. We recommend lighter, cooling infills rather than dark crumb rubber for residential play yards.
Yes. We remove existing sod and soil to the right depth, then build and compact a crushed-stone base before installing turf. Skipping removal is the most common cause of lumpy, poorly draining turf.
Yes. We install turf over concrete, pavers and rooftops with drainage mats or pads designed for hard surfaces, which is common for commercial courtyards and rooftop terraces.
Our base is built drain-first: compacted crushed stone graded to move water away from the house, under turf with a perforated or full-flow backing. Most installs drain faster than the natural grass they replace.
Any surface warms in direct July sun. We reduce it with lighter, heat-reflective fiber blends and cooling infills, and we design shade and planting around the way you actually use the yard. A quick rinse cools it down fast.
Most residential yards take two to five days once materials are on site. Larger landscape and outdoor living projects are scheduled in phases — we will walk you through the full timeline at the consultation.
